Richard is the CMO of PAX Labs, Inc., which is leading the reinvention of the smoking experience with its innovative, premium vaporizers, PAX and JUUL. Previously, Richard started and ran several successful businesses and marketing teams. He led the marketing team at Bonobos, a venture-backed men’s apparel e-commerce company, and was head of marketing for Gilt Groupe’s home and men’s businesses, the latter of which he also helped start. Prior to that, he was a consultant with Bain & Co., specializing in growth strategies for Fortune 500 companies and private equity transactions. Richard also worked at American Express where he led regional marketing for the Establishment Services business.
