As manager of Public Relations and Brand Experience with Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A., Ken Essex has the voice and heartbeat of the brand at his fingertips. Growing up and studying at the University of Ottawa in Ontario, Canada, Ken made the jump to Southern California to further his career in the mecca of Powersports. Ken began sharpening his skills with an agency partner, managing Kawasaki’s Media Relations for all racing activity from the grassroots level up to the World Championship Supercross series, while also working with brands such as Feld Entertainment, Monster Energy and the World Wakeboard Association.
In 2015, Ken switched gears and began working with Kawasaki’s dealer network from Dallas, Texas to extend the brand’s national marketing campaigns on a local level across the central and mid-west states.
Since then, Ken has returned to his roots to lead PR for all of Kawasaki’s 15 sub-brands, Race Marketing, and manages the customer experience at all consumer events.
