From a foundation in digital product development, he bridges the gap between strategy and technology and sets direction for development of LCE’s participation technology programs such as LEGO Ideas and LEGO Rebrick.
He used to be a software engineer, and holds a Master of Innovation Management from University of Aarhus, Denmark.
Current topics of interest are the adaptive capacity of organizations beyond the traditional boundaries of a company, as well as what identity means in a world of virtual reality, internet of things and AI.
