Austin began his experience in customer engagement at the age of 12 selling snow removal insurance door-to-door. From that first policy to now, helping billion-dollar brands develop customer loyalty, one truth has stayed paramount; you must KNOW your customers in order to GROW your customers.
Austin has developed his understanding of irrational loyalty with a Masters Degree from Northwestern and more than 17 years working with blue-chip brands such as Best Buy, Mercedes, Domino’s, and Panera.
Currently the SVP of Strategy for Ansira, Austin consults with clients to develop digital strategies to drive customer engagement.
In his spare time, he lectures at universities across the U.S., preaching the gospel of “Irrational Loyalty” driven by data and enabled by technology.
