Attendees traveling from afar should book flights to and from Calgary, Alberta, with a scenic 90-minute drive to Banff ensuring your journey to us is as majestic as the destination itself.

While The Gathering Summit unfolds in the luxurious confines of The Fairmont Banff Springs, we encourage early booking to secure your spot within its historic walls due to limited availability. Fear not, as Banff’s charm extends beyond our main venue with pop-up activations scattered throughout the town, offering a plethora of accommodation options to suit every taste and budget.

Are Group Passes Available?

Yes! For those looking to attend The Gathering Summit with colleagues or friends, we offer group passes tailored to accommodate your needs. Please note:  All tickets to The Gathering Summit are final sale. However, we understand that plans can change, so if you’re unable to attend, you have the option to transfer your ticket to another attendee. Please contact us at gatekeeper@cultgathering.com for assistance with transferring your ticket, and we’ll ensure a smooth transition for you and the new attendee.

What is The Brand Hall of Fame?

Launched in October 2023, The Brand Hall of Fame is a prestigious initiative that honors the most iconic brands and marketers in North America for their enduring impact on society and contributions to branding excellence. It serves to recognize excellence, preserve legacy, and educate future leaders through stringent evaluation criteria. Inductees receive numerous benefits, including lifetime recognition, educational opportunities, exclusive networking events, and a collection of iconic memorabilia. The annual induction ceremony is held in Banff, Alberta, during The Gathering Summit, celebrating those who have significantly influenced the marketing and business landscape.

What is an Inner Sanctum?

Inner Sanctums are intimate sessions providing attendees with the opportunity to personally learn from the trailblazers in a no topic, no presentation, ask-me-anything format. Inner Sanctums are the most highly sought-after sessions for partner and attendee participation. Sign-up early to make sure you get a seat.

What are Night Gatherings?

Night Gatherings are interactive off-site activities to allow you to unwind and connect with some of the most influential attendees. Think private VIP dinners, round tables, excursions in Banff, bowling or chef tasting experiences. A great opportunity to network with other attendees and make meaningful connections.

What is the Awards Gala?

The Awards Gala is the pinnacle evening at The Gathering, hosting two prestigious awards; 1. The Brand Hall of Fame Induction and The Tony Hsieh Award. It is a black-tie event celebrating the honourees and their brave leaders. This premium experience featuring dinner and entertainment is always a top highlight for every attendee.

Application: Expert enablers help attendees learn how best to apply the principles and concepts gleaned from the world’s biggest and best brand leaders.

How can I get to The Summit?

The Gathering Summit year ten celebration will take place on October 23-25, 2024 at the Fairmont Banff Springs in Banff, Alberta Canada. Out-of-town attendees should fly in and out of Calgary, Alberta and take ground transportation 90 minutes to Banff.

Receive a 15% discount on the Banff Airporter’s daily shuttle service between the Calgary Airport and Banff. Click Banff Airporter and then Book Now. Proceed through the reservation and type – Gathering2024 – in the “Promo Code” section on the final payment page to receive the discount. This special rate is valid for travel dates between October 20-28, 2024.

How are accommodations handled?

Our event is held at the Fairmont Banff Springs, an iconic 150-year-old castle-turned-hotel and conference centre is nestled deep within the stunning Canadian Rockies. It was recently voted the #1 luxury hotel in the world.

Please note purchasing a VIP ticket is the only way to guarantee a room at the Fairmont Banff Springs, and only a limited quantity of VIP tickets are available. For All Access pass holders who wish to stay at the Fairmont Banff Spring or have an existing reservation already, please contact thegatheringhotels@helmsbriscoe.com to receive a discounted rate. Please be aware that rooms are limited throughout Banff and booked first come, first serve.
